3pm Lonpac insurance adjuster. Mr. Yip...site visit with his contractor.....
- the contractor said usually cover not included fixting and etc....eg aircond....
- Contractor shared before claims for fire caused by DB....cost above $10k...
- went to ER off...met Chris....adjuster wanted to meet M&E guy stopped by chris...all questions answer by Chris...
- Chris feedback happened before a tenant master room fire caused by cigratte buds....claim alot of things....another fire not must damage only alot of smoke....
- According Chris normally....claim with contractor quot than only insurance adjuster come for inspection....this case adjuster came first before contractor quotation...adjuster feedback alway that is the case adjuster came first....
- Adjuster/contractor feedback must refer to policy sheet for details protection.....

B-13-P.....water outlet cover...rusty can not open....than tried B-6-R....also same.....cut it experienced...pvc melt....

- Hussain called will be late before 7pm appointment at 6pm...caused by raining..
- Raining caused the traffic to SP very slow moving....

Walked to Off...checked mail box....no key called Ahim...maybe wrong mail box so checked with downstair worker got no mail box key.....no choice went to Pasar malam...met another worker his got the mail box key....when opend also no key inside....called Ahim again...he never put the key ?...#*% he said the key maybe lost already...got another not the USJ1....ended he promised tomorrow before 9am will send the key....
Pasar malam....apple 6pcs/$5....kajang $6/300gm & sunflower kuaci $6/300g.....on the way back met...JQ, JY & Kwongyi....
