A security company called enquiry for Cuepacs room renting.....before rented $250 per room for 2 guards night and day shift.....idea to change rent apartment to rooms...made it to 3 rooms $300 per rooms will give better ROI...

- Mr. Chew (Nasam member) shared Durian eating competition experienced with the driver..chew won ate more than 6pcs  1/2 of durian..vs 6pcs by driver....the driver dont like uber because payment about 1-2 week later...
- A regular teksi driver...paid some money to the driver for some extra money from one of Nasam member....shared with him...a indian lady (Uber driver) is fetching his client....
- the old couple went to Meoboune holiday by renting a MPV & house stay around the Australia...8 members...
- The teksi driver feedback...how a Uber driver can made more than 10k a month....for than to reach 5k already tough....

- Tried up Ace aircond cleaner on ...AC at kitchen....sent sms to pic for Ace aircond why need 3 hrs...replied 3hrs to let the AC clean up better...or 1 hr also can...(good serviced)...after clean notice the win blow stronger...smell better...not must dirt from the ac
- When clean MRoom AC....alot dirt came out from AC....it improve on strong wind & AC look more clean....
