checked with TopRank...about the unser car air valve/air filter...calls few time..those juniors not very sure what is name of the part only a chinese senior said quite expensive more than $100++ but no part at the moment...according him this part very seldom broke...should be broke by someone...
APU collected chqs & PBB.to check banker chq status....old ATM card must be replaced today will take about 1 hr....maybe next time...replied may try on Saturday will be very fast about 10 mins

6:45pm fetched Xjie from school than went to LeonC...for the unser valve replacement....very easy just screw it...done...asked for discount $130...after nego...$100 done...nearly over paid by 2 x $100...after confirm with him he said didnt notice 2 notes stick together...
Cuepac new tenant already paid $1k to old tenant....after correspondence....he said don't want to rent the apartment...caused problme and expensive.....

Called Ahim...got money from Subang owner already....he is on the way to ERegal middle room ac problem...replaced a board and did some modification on waring & compressor wiring...
The york aircond...blower ( worth $1000 still can be use....compressor not worth to repair bec too old model...
Went to B-8-M.....checked the condition....wood flooring....
11pm paid him $150.....he went to tmn desa's aunty house heater spoilt....
