Fetched Ahim to ....B-10-O...side visit.....& B-10-L...refilled the gas....the fridge coil was outside.....collected the USJ1 key but no label maybe wrong key (inside his car)...when back to office paid $200 +$50(asked by him) but forgotten to collect the key.
B-10-O tenants & TA experienced.....tried to help him ( chief tenant who collected...deposit from others...)....first TA is most importance....the outstanding will be secondary...
Moved big carton to B-13-P.....moved queen bed frame & aircond to B-6-S.....
ER-Ali maintenance guy feedback downstair unit owner complaint the water leaking problem...will cost $200 for owner (other $220)..
Lunch at home.....plan to TMuda....SLL feedback maybe traffic jam today called Indon guy(called back later tomorrow all shop will be closed can not buy stuff...when ask what stuff need to buy....door locks, toilet stuff and etc...the existing quuen bedframe can not be used any more...) so changed it to tomorrow...
Stay at home checked the electrical problem...when removed all neutral wires from switches and connected back the DB neutral wire...it working OK....when connected dning hall ceiling lightings...it tripped again...removed the problem lighting than test again...Ok. Connected back all neutral wires on the switches...tested OK.
2:19pm King Koi King Bedset arrived instead of 5:30pm.....removed the old mattress, keep all plastic for cover usage in office balcony & ER wash area cover.....
Checked Xjun bathroom heater power supply from ceiling ventilation fan....tested working fine(blue color wire was live instead of Red Wire)...only got some water leaking at inlet part...when opend master room heater for comparation the leaking park, alot dark burnt dust inside the heater....
