- SPA need the date, lawyer chop but not necessary stamping(but checking department said need stamping...)
- SWong whatapp regards Low....& recruiment activity come  back...
- Advertised for London property investment in paper, facebook.etc....
- A friend dealing with building management 2 years ago....do no need license or not ?

Property Management Services (PMS)
- Mr. Ting/Ms. Yu ( Promenade owner) called regarding the PMS for them, they will pay the maintenance themself and require assistant on payment of assesment.....
