- 5 workers start the work today....termites nest in the ceiling...door frame eaten by termite....
- Debris bin location confirmed with Mr. Lim (building manager)..
- Tiles sample ready to collect

- Esplanade Owner complaint to GS about 1% refund too late due to SPA submition mistake...price refer to attached copy(did not submited on last Friday till following thursday notice need to attached to copy)...owner not happy about that....may call reporters to come....company purposely delay the payment...
- Bungalow at Salak South....Singapore owner ( build on his own land) sold one unit already still have 2 units wanted to sell...
Unify Bill & Payment
Paid 1st Unify bill RM224.35 (no bill by email only)at SP TM Dealer/TM Point....by S&C cc....
3pm appointment with 2-33A, calls but no pickup....then he called back said his office in Keramat instead of Bukit Jalil....rearranged appointment again...
Cuepacs Tenant keep on whatapp & calls about his rental deposit refund.....
