Pudu Sentral and Medan Gopeng Ipoh

Today went to Pudu Sentral at 3:00pm by LRT from Bukit Jalil station. Unfortunaly the bus ticket by Sri Maju to Sitiawan was sold out so I bought ticket to Ipoh at 4:00pm, Bus AGX 9938 cost RM17.40.

The Pudu Sentral (formerly Puduraya Terminal (Malay: Hentian Puduraya)) is the main bus station terminus in Kuala Lumpur, t. It as opened in 1976 by the late former Prime Minister Tun Hussein Onn. Long-distance buses arrive and leave from Pudu Sentral. Pudu Sentral is especially busy during public holiday and festive periods. Traffic congestion near Puduraya bus was reduced because Bandar Tasik Selatan Integrated Transport Terminal (ITT BTS) was opened in 2011..

On 27 August 2011, the Puduraya bus terminal was renamed as Pudu Sentral in keeping with its modern and new look on par with an airport. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said the new name was a suggestion from a follower on his Twitter account

Puduraya Bus Termimal is Now Pudu Sentral.
