ERia Leaking Problem...
-ERia C-11-k...leaking problem..appointment 12noon can not than stick to 6pm only asnodin..
- ER B-10-o...aircon problem...at first said compressor spoilt cost more than $200...after some discussion...can changed the capacitor may tempolary solved the problem...cost $180..T agreed.
ERia-Chong about leaking problem....provided 3 contacts...one only handy man (staying in Block A) , 2nd one called him before...& 3rd one (Thomas staying in Cheras) appointment only can be arranged in Saturday around 1pm
Called arif....ask me talk to ahseng.....introduced ah yew not free at 12noon & 6pm....AS shared paiting work can charge $1600....$200 Com..

- Recently alot fire cases....most of it was purposely to claim from Insurance...I think Insurance company also not stupied....( Maybe the agent/middle man plan for it...)
- Chinese herb with warm water for foot treatment may good for stroke people.....eg his mom...doing well now can read news paper, watching TV....but TTK not doing that..
- Standly's whatapp group...removed those not active in the group...eg..Alvin....
- If any viewing bangalow in Bkt jalil...can call huts for viewing at the same time....
PBB bankin cash.....forgot the check engine oil & filter for unser...
Fetched TTK to physio with Rin...but when reach there raining so park the car inside car wash shop to let TTK down and walked about 4-5 shops alway from physio center....
6pm..ERia leaking problem visit....C-10-k...mr Young at home....visited leaking part but block by ceiling....the ceiling hole away from the leaking area ( bright & clear by down light lighting..)
- Ceiling not wet....only the cabinet part wet...leaking from the wall instead of ceiling...if wanted to confirm must open the ceiling to confirm....
- C-11-k wated about 20mins....a guy opened the door to check...wihtout ladder can not check upper ceiling leaking or not...
- Asnodin the work not included singki only labour....singki need $80 to buy ( difficult to get...not in SP must go to salak south..) & He need to buy dinner/drink for his worker....
- Washing cost RM150....
ER-A-7p took photos for painting progress work....ceiling board broken not suitable (painted) taken back and paint pail(cleaned)....
ML's already back to Kajang ...the keys will pass to him tomorrow...
