Too troublesome....so just tried reset the hp again....after reset the problem still there....gave-up
- sent back to supplier to repair..
- Factory reset - ( must un-tip the restore feature...to avoid virus).
- connected data plan....login gmail....ok..but restore the previous data....felt to problem start caming back again....when install whatapp it took quit long (unusual)...should be the viruses went in again..
- gmail syn to phone contact ....7674....
- some contacts ***chspp not in the whatapp contacts so ....uninstalled the whatapp...reinstall again...it help but not all the contacts came back eg. ***Ngu stil not in whatapp contact ?
- testing at the store....until he left.....
