-Met Abagus very first indon worker repaired the Cuepacs house.....he said still owed him $50...Can't remembered at first after had conversation with him slowly recalled...because lated started and delay the repaired work about one month it will cost $350 per month rental lost...so forfeit $50 from his
work $1500.....still staying there ( owner was Signh). Abagus feedback the tenant was at home because his motorbike & car around.......
-Ground floor shops now have more tenanted...
-Top Floor Indian Owner already Past away....now occupied by sabahan rented $350 per month...
-Took some photos on the way up to the apartment...water leaking from the roof tangi but nobody boder...
-Tenant feedback not received whatapp bec no WIFI....but received sms...not reply because waiting for money in on tomorrow....prmised will made payment on tomorrow....
-Now selling some food/own business......plan to move to Ipoh in Jan 2016....Sister was staying there..
-Notice must be given by written from when to when will move out not just verbally.....put on YB on window....
-Kitchen lighting will tripped the DB caused by water leaking....ceiling fan not installed yet....
-Celing board x 3.....used for ER Apartment....

- Level 26, met a person supplied the flooring to check the defects...on the same floor....
- Studio unit no room just one bathroom...
- Defects on wall/floor, flooring hollow inside at corner......
- A Cleaner working there who stay nearby complained alot of work...when already clean dirty again by contractor or renovators.....
- Inmind....better invest in Auction property instead of new studio property...which too many suppliers already..and lower return vs auction property
- had to rush back to SP for TTK physio..
