A london schoolboy has become an overnight sensation after an application he launched was snapped up by yahoo.

Nick D'Aloisio (born November 1, 1995) is a British-Australian entrepreneurcomputer programmer and designer who created Summly that is based on a summarization technology he developed with SRI International. D'Aloisio has been recognised as the youngest person to receive a round ofventure capital in technology at just 15 years of age. D'Aloisio's business partners include Li Ka-ShingRupert MurdochAshton KutcherStephen FryYoko Ono and Mark Pincus, among others. As of March, 2013 Summly was sold to Yahoo for a reported $30 million US dollars
