5:36pm photos of IC & confirmation...paid booking by cash (Note received of payment)....
5:57pm checked water meter sn with water bill....it was confirm that diffrent unit ( lock before)
6:12pm when collect the wooden and double confirm the water tap and etc...in good order...managed to meet upper unit tenant went into the yard area to take photos for the tangi...confirmed it was cover
6:01pm pay by cash than collected a car after replaced tyres....
Dinner at home....SLL fried rice & pasar malam....Xjun bought dim sum....
