- called Kg Jering..$500 only $20 (22people)....Ngu started new A & B $3k(88people)..$360....
12:20noon fetched Xjie to School...
APU...collected chqs...

SP5 Deposit Refund
- Asked for letter from university or college....said already courrier to the college....than ask college name, address, contact no & what course study....later replied wanted to cancel the renting...
- Yesterday said they are on the way from melaka (mother & son, no place to stay from homestay checked out...)...later said another indian couple from JB coming to KL for working at first still looking for work....all types of reasons....
- another indian called "private no" said why not refund the deposit......replied we only deal with Mr. Chandran...
SP5-Candran called so troublesome...ask to refund the moeny...deducted $40...transffered to PBB ac.

ER-B-13-p flooring problem
- whatapp the flooring damaged problem...
- visited the unit door open, 2 people sleeping at living hall.....
- B-5-p checked the painting job.....done...
- badminton rackets....
- sitting stood....
Evening walked & jogged x 3.....
Dinner ta pao Clayport chicken & fatty mix rice ( 126 dishes finished no many choices)...
XJun tomorrow will start working at Phamarcy shop from 10am-6pm...
