6:55am (Alarm set at 45am but not function.?) with JY went to EP for her table tennis practice....till 8:10am...
Breakfast at home...4 missed called from Asnodin (infron of house..)...called back x 3 no pickup...later around 11am came to fix the water tap wall tiles work...used the electric cutter....
Transffered photos from Asnodin hp to laptops...ER-B-13-p unit flooring & more than 10 beds....
Replaced the faulty water flow hold cover (platic) with metal.....cut the edge to fixed the metal water flow hole cover..
Kitchen door frame bottom park filled with extra cement (from SLL fertiliser placed)....still got extra cement put on the gate entrance floor...& fixed the gate bracket with bricks...ask him to quote the car porch area....he will reply within one week (included the under ground room)....
SP5 Room Viewing
- 2:45pm tenant already arrived from Tanjung Malim by Train ($10:50 Tanjung Malim to KL Sentral but taksi from Serdang KTM to SP5 charged $20. A student 3 months training at KL Sentral..rental with discussed with his parent.
- Mattress from One South.....(laptop bag...)

6:10pm called ER Yasim to confirm the viewing appointment...called back from lockcall(B-6-r unit)...shwon him the A-7-p unit, felt flooring problem and prefer tiles flooring & block A facing KL not so noisy....rental range $1600-$1800...try to arrange Swong unit tomorrow....

7:30pm XJie called along at home ( another 30mins)...
Dinner at M with Xjie....met Mr. Liew & his wife and few old man and ladies gathered at M ( maybe was classamte gathering there...)
