-called & whatapp..no written move out notice (3mths)...asked follow the TA, He will check with ST to get the notice/letter....
- shared an idea he can get a new tenant them the deposit can be transferred to him immediately...
- asked when can refund...45days from the date of hand over keys..

- No written notice
- Never settled water & electric bills, never keep the bills for owner
- Defects cost about RM600 never fix...
- House partly cleaned....
- Deposit refund details for ST attention.....

- 4pm ER viewing by agent Kris Wong of DF Realty SB at Cheras...(3 Negerian students now staying at ER)..tenant took some photos for his friends....shared normally never turn back but supprised call at 6pm confirm the rent and wanted the house at 8pm. (details by whatapp to another phone bec the pp phone memory full...
- at ST office immediately prepared a offer letter for them..

7:55pm met the agent first then the tenants( more then 5 people)....taken photos for the apartment
-Paid RM5700 cash (waited for while withdraw money from Endah parade ATM machine)...bal RM850 will be settled when sign the TA
- Aircond in master room & Middle room need to be serviced....short one remote control & batteries
- Middle room need a bigger size mattress
- Washing machine & Ceiling fan (Living hall) need to check
- Key for Master room, middle room was OK....the small room key lock need to be replaced
Late dinner around 9:30pm.....
