Kg Koh Shop upstair already ok....put on the YB for sale & rent....tenant keep most of thing in the last room..
- Met HoChinKuan shared about property agent....he feedback kg agent no need licensed...normally take 1% from selling house/shop in Kg Koh...his shop now renting for $550 ( selling owner asking for $600k older design..)
- Kg koh chili $..1.80 per bottle if one dosen around $1.60 x 12...bought 3 $5.40
- New commission for him, if he's customer will enjoy 50% of commission or if my than some fee like $100.
