Harbour City @ Pulau Melaka

Harbour City - Another mega project in Melaka,Harbour City Will Be a New Attraction In Malacca, is expected to be developed in Pulau Melaka, expected to boost, its tourism sector, in the historical city, for the next 4 years. Harbour City project, valued at Rm800 million, will be developed by real estate company Hatten Group Sendirian Berhad,


The Harbour City skyscraper - a 6-storey building to be built on a 2.43 hectare land will also be the site for three 5-star hotels, a shopping mall and a theme park. The proposed land bank will also be the site for 800 shop lots and a 780-room hotel built in the shape of a luxury ship designed to offer a different experience for visitors. 

Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Idris Haron said the mega project will be another tourist attraction in Melaka particularly from foreign tourists amid promising 5-thousand job placements for the locals.



 The grand foyer of Terminal Pahlawan, Melaka was transformed into a magnificent life-sized cruise ship featuring a towering 3D ship to reflect the marine theme of the Harbour City developmentHarbour City was officially launched with 3 turns of a ship’s wheel by Datuk Wira Eric Tan and the Chief Minister of Melaka signifying that Hatten Group has set its sights in a new direction, steering towards the growth and development of Pulau Melaka.



At the same time, the huge screen projected a live video feed of the actual ground-breaking ceremony onsite from Pulau Melaka..With the burgeoning growth of Melaka as the epicenter of commercial, tourism and property development, Harbour City  will be well-received by both local and foreign investors who are keen to invest in a quality product with the added guarantee of a booming location
