7:30am skip exercise today....ready for FOCUS by MPSJ...toi....

2pm back from Nasam....Lunch at home....
2:30pm left from SP to Sepang......used MEX highway toll $3.50,.....Seri kembang exit ready to used (checked with some JMB member staying around the area feedback....caused more traffic jam at the area......)
MEX exit...looked for Dengkil sign board...after Cyberjaya sing board.....later link to bdr wawasan way to KLIA.....than looking for Bdr Baru Salak Park than to Sepang, Sungai Pelek....
3:35pm reached Hotel Seri Malaysia......checked with counter....given a room no 122(B22 on the key)...roommate Mr. Edward Pang from Tmn University.......
T called....his room was 126....Dr. still not arrived yet......checked where was the kursus (schedule started at 3:30pm....)....went to seminar hall.....they already started(briefing for purpose of Focus...checked registration......name under SP5 JMB group....
Tea break outside seminar hall.....than back to hotel room....
6:30pm.....wanted to go side seeing.....found they already having dinner at the restoran near swimming pool.....tried to call Edward...but no one pickup....walked to hotel room...knocked the door...no one inside....
8:30 Seminar continued......
