7:30am wokeup....light breakfast at home......
8:30am went to fetched Sss.....
8:45am reached Bukit Gasing....park at the road side....
8:50am Started to hike from the play ground entrance......(Northen park of Bukit Gasing)....
9:23am Met Gasing group at the suspension bridge......took a group photo.....
After the suspension bridge the trails down and up...a bit challenge for beginer.....
10:23am Reached the play ground entrance.....some simple exercised at the play ground.....
Lunch tar pao foo chow chicken rice.....

3pm appoint to Midas wellness ( last time at Tmn Desa, now located at Old Klang Road....) ..changed to 3:30pm.....
3:20pm fetched sss...than 3:35pm reached there...skk &MC already there....
3:50pm-5:20pm.....Aroma Therapy Massage.....
Plan to Bukit Jalil for Evening walked with STK....but later did't made it....
