7:20am Morning walked & jogged but changed to SP shops & Market walked.....
8:20am Rearranged front area.....
Sit up without push x 30, angkat kaki x 30, crossed situp x 15 & push up x 15.....
Breakfast at home....Oat, Chia seed, protein...half boil egg.....
Yap called & whatapp...the pic for USJ1 installation.....
10:00am SP5, MPSJ & his contractor....One South, Tai/Lily....site visited around SP5 area.

- visited one south fancing area....a small road side garden by one of the shop owner (selling water filter)...bought a apartment 1st floor behind unit 130k.....shop rental 1.6k.....DrLim joint later...
