Sll alarm 6am.....
Wokeup before Alarm 6:30am....
Breakfast at home.....
7:45am (cancel plan to office..) went to Bkt Jalil LRT station to pickup Wan(work at MRT,staying at Sg besi police apartment, Sll's studdent) & Amierul (UniKL student)..
Used Ulu langat way to Kg Chenah.....target 9:53am will reach there (app 10am)...
On the way to Kg Chenah.... a lot people cycing & jogging beside the main road.....wheather there misty and cloudy....
9:30am Reached Kg Cheanh...too early went for tea at the stall nearby the round about...
9:49am...teh, copy o & teh o...some ubi koreng...all $3.20...collected $3..changed $2...
10:46am Asked the stall malay aunties about how the name came for GHB & GKH....feedback legend they was a puteri staying there..... I replied why not name Gunung Putri ?...they all laugh...
Later a 4 wheels drive came....an Army member ... waited for while...
10:45am we drove our car to the road side near the round about...already a lot cars parking there....
Still got people still not there yet...so waiting for them....
11:46am Loaded all stuff on to the lorry & 4 wheels drive ready to go....
11:48am Deaprt to Hutan Lipur Gunung Besar Hutan from Round about....
12:45pm reached Hutan Lupur GBH main entrance.....
12:51pm due to the road to starting point was collapse so Lorry & 4 Wheels dropped us at the half way on the road......
12:58pm Briefing by the leader.....members divided to 3 groups and distributing food & camping stuff by all members....
1:19pm Briefing by the PIC for hiking trails to GBH...& drawn a map for us.....(we dont need a guide because will cost about 200) the PIC asked anyone been there before....our leader replied some members been there before (actually no one been there before...interesting experienced)..just wanted to made sure the trail is correct.....
1:20pm Deaprted from the relocated starting point....
1:24pm Reached the collapse road side...
1:39pm First stop...tired may due to carry too heavy bag.....(about 20kg for me, excluded the tent and sleeping map, only brought sleeping bag)...with group 1 members.....felt the path was wrong need to be reconfirm by the Army member...Yes confirm need to U turned back luckily not too far alway.... Group 3 had put a empty drinking water bottle as an indicator on Y junction....one to Lata Kijang & another one to GBH & GKH....
1:47pm 2nd stop.....
2:17pm 3rd stop & peee....
2:55pm..4th stop...
3:04pm 5th stop.....
3:19pm 6th stop under the baboo trees.......
3:24-3:33pm 7th stop at the Pondok...time for makan.... wrapped white rice with dried meat.....
3:42pm 8th stop.....
4:01-4:18pm Reached the Sg. Kering Kem side......group 2 leader was waiting there.....
4:13pm Met another group members at Sg Kering ( both of them already came down from the peak, now bathing there before going back home...they started this morning at 5am from the Round about, They hv about 70 people in their group...got his contact for the whatapp photo...)
4:18pm Deaprted from Sg Kering....
4:29pm Crossing the river....
4:38pm 10th stop.....
4:54pm 11th stop....
5:09pm 12th stop....
5:20pm 13th stop....a beautiful wild orkid......
5:23pm 14th stop...met another members sharing and exchanged contaccts..... Nas an experinced hiker/almost full timer (according to wan feedback later...)
5:39pm 15th stop....
5:50pm 16th stop.....tasted a special drink brough by a member...the army came down again to help others member those needed help......
6:02pm Reached the Kem Orkid site.......already hv some were set-up there by those members came up earlier.....
6:04pm notice a lot beautiful wild orkid around the camp site
6:13pm checked both hps.....no service & no data line there.....taking photos around the kem site........rest for a while than went for waterfall nearby for bathing.....
6:24pm some members already buzy preparing for dinner......
6:32pm ready to waterfalls for bathing.....
6:34pm reached the waterfall.....already hv members bathing there.....
6:35pm look for a place to clean up body by cloth......
6:39pm few male members invited to higher falls to wash up/bathing.....
6:51pm whole body went inside the waterfalls for bathing......
7:01pm Used a short cut back to the kem site.....
7:09pm took photos with member(Tanker-carried heavy loaded eg 2 big bags & the army....)..
Free & Easy around the kem site....look for the place for tonight sleep ( open tent build by the leader, 3 members included me sleep inside the tent tonight)...
8:09pm Dinner was ready divided by 3 groups.....rice & dishes at middle....members round & eating together....white rice, sardin & curry chicken....it was my first experienced eating by that way....
8:34pm Members round sitting together for knowledge sharing....and etc.....specially the leaders were discussed tomorrow program.....5am wakeup for breakfast than 6am deapart to the peaks as plan..
8:38pm Beautiful full moon night......
9:20pm visited the Massage stall setup by a member ( some member hand finger got injur this morning by the vehicle door....
11:07pm some members preparing for supper...boil water ( instant noodle), fried the rice (left from dinner) with some onion and etc.....
11:19pm Supper Mee Maggi with hot river water....tasted a bit the fried rice cooked by river water too...
11:58pm...went to sleep ( a member feedback, I m so easy went to slept lay down less than few minute already Zzzzzzz....but still heard some voices during the sleep....it caused by some members cook their supper at 1-2am morning...
