ER-Wong called water leaking from ErB-7-k.......called tenant not in ...used spare keys...water flood at the yard area.....used the rubber pump...thaan went to down stair unit (Nobody at home) the check..(met and together with the clenaer)...called mgt office for the downstair owner....
Ms.Grace tenant of down stair unit called appoint at 2pm.....she is working in Astro, just moved in yesterday....opened the cover...some screw, coint, broken tiles...etc....after clear it should be ok...

ErB7-k....aircond not cool caused by piping not aircond itself.....must replace the piping....Ting cost $450...
