Adin collected key in office....called by ER guard to enter....later register deposit for renovation....called ms. wong how much deposit for replacing flooring...$500-$1000.....
ER Repairing work started
11am..ER B was down can not checked the water meter....ER deposit paid....MWong feedback B-5-n owner said tenant moved to my unit.....later notice the owners was that day met at B-5-s after viewing...the old couples staying at SS 2 wanted to rent their appt $1900.
ER -C-14-m...all rooms cabinet already dismanter.....used elec screw drivers...to unscrew those screw and joint.....doors & drawers.....
2pm lunch at home....
3pm...continued the repaired work.....trolley.....( glue & termite medium bottle..)
ERia water leaking checking
Called ERia ahmad about the water matter....will checked at 7pm....but when at 7pm met Mohd...the water still running...will do it again tomorrow...
5:10pm wanted to visit ERia....changed mind stick to appointment 7pm...
- checked with guards about water meter locking....must get instruction from Office...
- Tenant feedback 2-3months ago the kitchen light was shock circuit due to water leaking from upstair unit....took photos will make complaint to mgt office....
8pm dinner at home.....
XJun & Jie with Adrian went to Niaga Mas swmimming......no one at round table study...changed to room....
