SP5 Rooms to Let
Advertised SP5 Room to Let in Mudah & iBilik.....afternoon got call from JB ( working at UPM, move in middle Feb), 2nd called from(Bkt Jalil now staying at Pandan Jaya, $250 per month, every month the owner clean up common area and bathroom) & 3rd called from Serdang Perdana ( now staying an Sri Serdang, $250 per room, abit smaller)..3 of them are malay working bachelor..

Payment for EP owner those called in...
2pm Lunch at home....
3:30pm SP5 work-
- Tested 3 pin socket(Parallel from Ceiling fan point...) for the TV....tested voltmeter shown 259V but TV got power on but no display ?? tested with normal 13amp socket at kitchen wall, it was OK.
- 3rd Malay called immediately visited the room.....$250 was taken up (store room)..left $300...but his budget only $250..
- used soap powder to clean up kitchen/wall & bathroom wall...better than others ditegent...
- stain mark on the floor
-7pm 2nd caller from Putrajaya came to visit to room...also budget for $250 only...
9pm Dinner at home...
Kitchen water tap Problem
Kitchen water tap came up suddenly caused bu contact rusty....Xjun to stop the main water supply at meter side....the stopper also loose...
10:30pm...used rubber tiub to block the hole than collect the drinking water....
