ER-B-5-p changed pickup time 10am to 11am....(they have buffet breakfast at Swiss Inn hotel)
- Mdm Tan & Mr. Andrew ( her husband)...
- Visited they unit...they bought the unit cost RM250k in 1995, road show at Singapore....
- Visited ST-office.....will come back at 4pm attend meeting with tenant....
- lunch at SP Chili Pan Mee....
- pick them up at 4:10pm ...
- met tenant at 4:15pm.....next meeting on Thursday...time to be confirmed
- After meeting sent them to Tasik Selatan Terminal Bus station to purchase their ticket back to S'pore...

Called ahhim will come to office at 7pm...

2:30pm TTK physio at kuchai ended 3:45pm....

Tea break at home...than back to office..

- office aircond not cool caused by compressor motor spoilt need to be replaced second hand will cost about Rm200...
- Singki installation can be done....& wall tiles also no problem...

9:00pm dinner at home...
