Morning Walk experiences - Heart Attack
- Morning walked & Jogged x 3...met Esther shared about commitee's meeting regarding security guard services....Roni have about 50 contributors from Radin 1, 3 & pasar malam rd...Ester also about 50 on Radin 3 & 4, most of resident feedback the guard entrance is very inconvenience must made U turn and etc...Most commitee support Roni...said what we want to do just go ahead no need others advise...a guard use to sleep a night...some feedback a lorry was missing..
- Met the guy from 25 Jln radin 2. shared about his heart 4 veses bypass recently....no HP, no diebetic & no cholesto.....blood test every thing OK...but recently happened that breathing diffifulty. If run for awhile will feel diffuculty of breathing...(RUN & DIFFIFULTY OF BEATHING)....Ask what the cuased of there...maybe stress or genetic from parent.....
- A men 60+ (36 Jln radin 2) shared I run too fast will be not good for health it will stress yr heart.....should run slowly and enjoyed your run.....He was retire last time dealing with contruction....he preferable execise is cycling....and used to go for Sona at Bukit Jalil Club....

- copied win8 DVD to pendrive then install into laptop...no need to install drives compare to Win 7.
- Backup the 120gb/160gb hdd data to 500GB Hdd...(almost full)..

Lunch at 126 instead of Mc....
