- An Oriental Agent used alot features in Iproperty advertisement..make alot commission easily more then $100k a month....
- Partition rooms to let also not easy....have to deal with some many tenant...if they fighting....or murder.....how to handle ?

Endah Regal Tenant - 1st Complaint
Endah Regal tenant complaint about aircond leaking......past management said still got outstanding....tenant replied fix it then he will pay the outstanding.....arranged appointment for fixing...
