- Accounting - about kong's overpaid investigation....found more unexplainable payment out/no vouchers..from bank ? stil in investigation..
- Title issue.....MPSJ 3 licence (must have 3 JMB) by Lim ?? or maybe it was CF......
- AGM issued details after auditor report is ready will be discuss in next meeting...
- Must fully utilise the CCTV to catch those big items....normally a lot big items in the morning(throw at night)
- Legal & developrer.......quick rent receipt ask by developer....new buyer requested....
- water pump/rubbish problems......
- heavy rain...flood on the road (jln 4/5) water from main road or highway....

Meeting after meeting
- Toh is using Amway 1st generation filter and bought alot of it filter....
- African drank & quarrel, fighting....day and night..
