Airport Taxi
-CYS called had sold his business to wife sibling about $20k, now driving airport taxi (Introduced by wife sibling).Taxi rental $160 per day, each trip charge $80-$120 depand the distance.So far max trips per day is 5 trips more then 10 hours.

- 2-28B collected rental then inspected claimed bill $110, door lock $20, toilet light $30, sinki holes $20 and extension cable $40. All claims was rejected because all was wear and tear or last tenant should fix it or complaint much make within first month of tenancy.

- Went office collected official receipt and Office clerks no comment on building manager issue...
- Called agent YB most for sale not for rent..
