- Forgot to copy school time table, last warning if Monday not yet copy then no need to eat dinner...he agreed.
- Learn 5 malay words from dictionary, keselamatan, selamat, kebakaran, Wira small dictionary don't have the word then look from English dictionary Hero then to Chinese....before dinner.
- After dinner will learn another 5 words but end up after 2 1/2 hours back from training found that he did nothing walk here/walk there wasting time....Force him to do it from terlindung, dilantik....supprising he managed to find the dictionary from lindung instead of terlindung ?
- S ask him to write A-Z in capital letter and small letter but some wording was wrong like F...
- Sll assist him on spelling and new wording till 12am while doing Gdex data entry....

- 500sms/day, distributing flyer....but don't like YB, If the listing is A stock then will full force out like papers, internet (Iproperty,mudah,propwall & Pguru), yboard and etc.....
- Worst experience sold a 2.4 million  property when 3 months in property......buyer dato chq  ready wanted 1% rebate....seller had another buyer nearby then immediately called him/her for negotiation after about 1 hour then decide bought from Jess but commission only 1%, Duel most important is closed the deal instead of 2%......this listing was from Iproperty called in.
- DON'T AFRAID TO LOST IT attitude...then you will be more comfortable
- Don't keep your listing must expose it....

 - Audion feed back, self employ, working...salary from $1.6k, $4k...what is your value ? market fix it or you ownself decide...
- Son borrow money to buy father's time with him story....Value of Family time...., Time freedom...
- Traditional business always price competition/war, credit term, products updated,..less time freedom.., profit margin depreciation deal to more and more  players in the market..
- How to obtain Exclusive agent ? this all depend on what is your value given to seller ? If you can convience to seller like more agent more price cometitions, promoting GS company and team members which different from others agency for eg. GS last month commission earn turn over was 12 million/month where outside some agency doing $120k per month....
- Must find up reason why the seller wanted to sell his property...normally seller sell property wanted money for some purpose...
- A small dog in desert story ( enough food & drink) but still die in the desert ? Why. Because Not  know/willing to change...died cause can not pissss
- GS achievement almost every month break records and awards like most adv in new paper, magazine, bank loan.....today date more then 12k members..
- Selling land experiences- small land and big land challenges.... like height port ratio....
- Before he joint GS was interview more then 10 real estate company.....and very very serious for 1 year to achieve Leader..
- Highest sale done before wa $8.5million, co-broke with other agent for Country Heihgt bungalow at damansara..
