Joint Management Body & Selangor Land Office Meeting at Shah Alam on 14th Jan 2013 (Monday) at 3:30pm to discuss property strata title problems.

联合管理机构和雪兰莪州土地办公室会议在莎阿南讨论物业分契业权问题。于2013年1月14日(星期一)下午3时30分,


1:00pm-1:45pm Meeting pre-discussion and briefing by Lawyer to JMB members and management staff in the office.
1:00时至下午1时45分会议讨论前和简报律师JMB成员和管理人员在办公室。


2:30pm arrived Selangor Land Office at Shah Alam.
下午2时30分抵达在莎阿南雪兰莪州土地办公室。


Meeting started at 3:10pm. Representatives from Land office, developer datuk & staff (arried at 3:35pm), developer's Jurukur (arrived at 3:15pm). Meeting end at 4:10pm.

会议在下午3:10开始。从土地办公室,开发拿督工作人员(法医学鉴定过敏性休克于下午3时35分),开发人员的Jurukur(于下午3时15分到达)的代表。会议于下午4时10分结束。

Meeting sumarry:-
Since 2006 received key until 2012 strata title still pending.
Because of strata title issue lead to problems like parking issue, flood, fire and cleaning problems....
New developer took over this project from old developer at 2001.
After Land office discuss and checking with developer and land office staff,found that documents incomplete/missing caused the delay.
Land Office & developer will recompile all documents with Land office within this week.
Land office assigned specific staff to in charge liasing with developer for the documentation.
JMB lawyer requested all correspondence cc copy to JMB from land office and developer
Developer will submit plan details for new service apartment project.
Land office and developer agreed to solve the problem within 3 months period.

自2006年以来接收屋钥,直到2012年契业权仍悬而未决。
由于分契业权问题导致的问题,如停车问题,水灾,火灾和清洁问题....
新的开发在2001年接手这个项目从旧的开发人员。
国土局讨论后,检查与开发商发现,文件不完整/丢失造成的延迟。
国土局和开发人员重新编译所有文件与土地办公室在本星期内。
国土局分配具体的的工作人员负责联络,文档的开发人员。
JMB律师要求的所有信件抄送副本土地管理处和开发商复制到JMB。
开发人员将提交新的服务式公寓项目计划的详细信息。
国土局和开发商同意在3个月的时间内解决了这个问题。
