Breakfast at Mamak Shop In Bruas Perak

Bruas/Beruas name is derived from mangosteen-like tree that bear fruits, known as Pokok Bruas in local Malay, Seashore mangosteen or by its scientific name, Garcinia hombroniana.

Muzium Beruas-Perak Darul Rizuan

The beruas museum is open to the public for free. It is located in the town center next to the post office building. Artifacts dating back to the 5th and 6th centuries AD have been found at Beruas, and a large number of them are displayed in the Beruas Museum.

This morning having breakfast at a mamak shop in Bruas a small town in Perak State, we have spicy rice (Nasi Lemak) cost RM1/pack, Roti Telur (Indian Pancake with egg) RM1,70/pc, Indian Pancake with egg and onion (Roti telur Bawang) cost RM 1.80/pc. Drink Teh Ais cost RM 1.70 and Teh Tarik cost RM 1.30.

The food taste so so only but the prices I think a bit high side similar to KL price. The restaurant is near the traffic light in Beruas town.
