中秋節 Mid-Autum Festival/Mooncake Festival






The Mid-Autum(Zhoungqiu) /Mooncake (Yuebing) Festival, also known as the Lantern Festival is popular harvest festival celebrated by Chinese since 3,000 years ago to moon worship in China's Shang Dynasty.



The Mid-Autum is held on the 15th day of the eighth in the Chinese calender, which is in September or early October in the Gregorian calendar and a date that parallels the autumnal equinox of the solar calender, when the moon is at its fullest and roundest.






The traditional food of Lantern festival is the mooncake, of which there are many different varietis like lotus seed paste, single/double yolk lotus paste,emerald delight, pearl delight,precious delight,green tea and many more
