Morning wokeup late.....chk what....a video about important of drinking 2 glass of water (about 450ml) when wake up....is good for...Pai Tu and also avoid others problems like stroke, heart attack...etc....

Breakfast at home....with sll, oak, stk,sss....very fulled...
- breads, chess cake, coffee...
- half boil egg by sll...a different of experienced very difficult to pour out.....replied by oal...it kept too long in the fridge will caused this problem...but still safe to consume....

Chked with ML about STK's physio appointment....

STT whatapp about the Water Run.....Joyce did very well in the run 5km/25mins only....

10:30am fetch Stk, oal, Ayenkoo & sll to TAGS at cheras....park at a special place....instead of 5 per entry open air in front of the Apartment Chempaka....

29/5/2017 (Monday) First time visit TAGS(Spine, Joint, Physio & Rehab Specialist Ceter at Cheras. Take action "Get Active Get Well" is the key to Healthy Life...So is good to start active daily like morning walking, jogging, hiking, cycling, swimming and etc while we still can easily do it.For TAGS members all that were be their big challenging tasks and costly....
