Dinner at Kajang...& TTL & Moana Movie

8:22am bg chk....better than expected improving.....

Breakfast at home....Jian na pao....half boil egg....mix drink.....

9:30am after breakfast bp still good....

10:40am...Fresh after woke up.....chk bp still good.....

11:33am..an new idea for office rearrangement.......straight act on it.....

Some stuff to special store......

Lunch at 126 with sll, kids & OAL....evening 5pm will go to Kajang for dinner while fetch OAL....

Some cloths & pants cut.....for hiking purpose.....

7pm used north south highway..distance 20km.....Rtn used Bangi-Serdang way about 25km skip 2.80 toll (north south highway)..traffic very jam at south city....skip used seri kembangan village way...
