The Strata Falls Tanjung Malim

Set alarm 5am...

5:55am fetched Tan to Bangsar used old klang rd short cut....reached Bangsar McD at 6:20am....whatapp good morning to Edwin...park car at the resident area behind McD ...

6:38am.Edwin Honda...toward tanjung malim by old road but unfortunately missed the turning exit to Jln Kuching toward Gombak by paid a toll exit at Sentul.....from Jln Sentul toward Gombak back to Jln Kuching but missed a turn again toward KL at Jln Kuching...traffic slow moving....U turned at the Segambut junction back to Jln Kuching toward Rawang.....turned left toward bukit beruntung way but exit from Sg buaya to north south highway...

8:20am reach Tanjung Malim town...went to market look for breads to tar pao but not found....tar pao roti kosong $1.10 and tarbiskut $.80...Edwin called another car almost reaching TMalim...so we waited at Diamond Creeks guard house...registration car and a driver info...

8:25am Melur Jaya Curry House

8:52am Another car arrived from KL...

9:03am Gear up at car park round about area...

9:08am Group photos...

9:11am Checking Garmin GPS......

9:26am Reach the wooden bridge....

9:58am Reach the River ( photograph place)...

10:03am First small water falls....

10:08am..The small water fall cut by the development road....a jungle truck still working there....caused the origin trails missing...had to try another trail....used Parang to open the new way to the strata falls....

10:32am..new trail joint back to the origin trail....

10:55am Reach The Strata Falls.....

11:01am group photo...than swimming..and took so many photos & videos by a mini tripol...

12:01noon ready to descent....

12:13pm...an uniqe plant & fruits...

12:26pm...reached the origin crossed river trail....skip the new trail which more difficult....

12:33pm reached the jungle truck working place (jungle highway...)..

13:14pm reached wooden bridge....

13:15pm Beautiful big & white mushroom...

13:26pm reach car park....changed the cloths leech on a leg....started rain....

13:58pm  Melur Jaya Curry House for lunch..

Used old road back to KL....U turn at Serendah one of traffic light to the Tom Yam house/shop...

15:36pm Stop at Serendah Thai tom yam & Chin Po Leong ( Recommended by Edwin)
- 2 bowl of tom yam mee & meehoon.share out
- 1 bowl of Ching po leong...shared out
- Tar pao 1 tom yam meehoon mee & ching po leong...total RM23...

Kedai Kopi Yee Kee introduced by Edwin a place they used to gather or waiting point before go for hiking...
