6:30pm Tmuda Trip ( back still pain can not repair sofa work changed to tmuda trip..)
- checked auction listing....beside 1st floor on auction still got 2 pending listing going for auction in third floow....
- Traffic slow moving at tmuda due to pasar malam.....
- park the car at the rd side walked to apartment & paragon will be faster then driving....
- Tenant at home...asked why suddenly came...never answer him....ask where all appointments never turn up and came with all types fo reasons....bike spoilt, raining, hp no credt lah, not get paid yet....
- gave him one week to get the job done....
Paragon Point
- Ground floor ok...the store supermarket....escalator some work but some not working...
- visited first floor auction....next unit reminder from MPAmpang for assestment outstanding...location at the back of the complex...
- went to third floor...visited the other 2 units....most of the shop was closed....
- Summary...its may not a good investment.....
TMuda traffic still slow moving...used another way to exit to MRR2...
Dinner at home....SLl cooked steam egg & tauhu....vege.....
Saga hill hiking - video show....to whatapp group....
