CBC's PC anti virus software Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security Installation Problem, When want to activate by online but the error message prompt out "Unable to contact Trend Micro".
When called phone support-Trend Micro Malaysia 1800-1802288 8am-5pm, the problem can not been solve by online then they email me the solutions.

When received the email still confusing so I called up my friends, one said never use it before and another say "Can Throw away the software because his experience the software make his computer more slower.
