A-2-6B owner Mr. David asked for assistant because of his tenant (Malay) having rental payment problem, the tenant can not been contacted. Suggested few ideal/methods to solve the problem at coffee shop.On the way to see his house, met few N. students ask for house to rent and a contractor can help should we need assistant on piping works, electrical works and etc....and also a lot people looking for house to rent at that area.
