- checked blood result....overnight fasting sugar improved but still boder line....2hrs sugar water result...must better...body can handled the sugar...congratulation by her...feedback proftong will very happy about my results....
- next appt 6mths again....new target made it one a year.....

DHK called and feedback Yee Lock to so good than changed to Dai Kee restoran..
- Huts & YNS arrived at the same time...
- fishes...from river more expensive than man care....eg. pa so kung...$180 vs $80 per kg...
