- Just sent a stand fan to B-7-k unit and took some photos...than went to B-6-r to check pad lock....B-5-r for ladder....than came down....car block...security guard...paid for time or wait....decided to wait...

- Installed the mail box lock.....part form next....

- Fixed the 13Amp socket ( screw it tight)...

- Checked the main entrance door key & room key....

- Went to Klinik for TA signing and collect balance of deposit...

- Took photo for new tenant then whatapp to the old tenant...

- Called on his way appoint at 5pm...delay to 5:30pm...

- Duplicated wooden door key at Wawasan hardware shop...$3/pc...

- Checked ceiling fan....no power at ceiling fan point....maybe wiring problem.....

- Tenant called can not found the place by google map....ask him to ask people around...finaly found..

- Tenant just arrived from JB went to Puchong working site at IOI...doing plumbing job...

- ask he can assist on replace the ceiling fan...he requested clean up in kitchen area.....propose self cleaning + Ceiling fan work for $30....

ER B-7-k whatapp replied ask brand & capacity....not tenant maintain on it ?..feedback they move in last year Sept 15 serviced but only last for 6 mths....recent serviced only last for 3 days.....later she replied said her sister said ok proceed...
