9:10am still not in yet....called them...still at SP Hotel...went to fetched them....
- Met Mr. T to discuss all outstanding amount....will a ask his lawyer deal with Mr. T...
- Mr. T already the GST for W first......
- Lunch at Chili Pang Mee....now selling rice also..eg Ko lu yuo rice...etc ..treated by W
- Mr. W dried pang mee & Mrs. W pang mee soup....
- Fetched him to his lawyer at Bangunan (behind Maybank)
- Parking at seasoning parking space...
- Mr. Francis....shown him the new about court case for owner & tenants ( treater).....
- Mr. F should let PA handle for their property instead of self handling lack of knowledge...
- Ask F for Lawyer Advices about cut utility, lock premises in TA will help or not....this depend on the Court order's Judge...because of this some defandent wear very tidy & smart during court day to give good impression...
- Back to ST to negotiate about discount & installment payments...pd 3k bal 4 x installments...
- wanted to settle ER MC outstanding but already 5pm...ctd on tomorrow...fetched them back to SP hotel..
- Dinner they went to genting highland by their sibling....
