EC-C-14-4 Inventory Out & Endah Regal C-11-1 Water Leaking Problem

Fetched SLLmom to Jalan SS 26/3 Petaling jaya....it too about 1 1/2hr to reached there...w-hen back to SP only took about 30mins....postpone ER-C-14-4 inventory check appointment at 10am...changed to 10:30am...with ahseng....used the old inventory out list....tenant have no toilet key and room key...changed appointment to 6pm. Tenant arranging lorry to move big items out today..

Rh called regarding the Tai's tenancy agreement & chq(left in office)....need to return to ST-office...

Lunch at SP-RJ then went to canaan to fix the magnetic lock....(temp adapter).....

ST-Office
- Seek for the ER-C-14-4 file...found another 3 files (all old files)....but still can not find the inventory in list and tenancy agreement.....used Rh PC to prepare a new inventory list amended from C-13-4....
- EP-Mgn Office.collected receipts....
- Chq for WMS, chq for tenant B-10-2 deposit refund...

Endah Ria Condo water leaking problem
4pm Endah Ria - Mgnt Office met technical person-VINO to visit the C-11-1 unit leaking problem....
- Paid Jul & Aug 15 maintenance fee, fire insurance...singking fund....
- Visited C-10-1 unit took some photos & videos.....
- Recommended by VINO should try the bypass solutions then maybe waterproof problem...
- Met Endah Ria plumber contractor (electrical also...)

ER-C-14-4 the New inventory list with old inventory list..wait for 6pm appointment....
- Inventory out list finish about 7:30pm but one of the tenant still need time move things out....til 8:04pm...
