- Met the boss behind office..(who bought LCD from me before)...shared about they bought the Shop about RM600k (20 years ago...) few years later bought another one shop about RM700k......
- Shared about shop top floor renovated more rooms for residential purpose..eg. 20 rooms will generate about $6k a month but all top floor for own used...
- Shared about auction experienced with him....he feedback he got no time for all this auction process...
- Shared about tenant been cheated experienced.....
3rd Viewer 2nd visit (B-7-1)
- 2pm 3rd Viewer (wanted 3 beds & 3 aircon) need to see another unit then pay deposit.....one guy & 2 girls like to apartment but they having problem for a vacant room need to look for new tenant....and deposit need to be paid in 2 times....whether owner will agree or not
- the agent follow up with them...I did the inventory checked like aircond...3rd ok, 1st room & Master room not cool ( need to be serviced)...
- After discussion the tenant decided not taking...

- Not going ST because hp usb cable left in office
