Ch-Yap called about the commission.....recheck the tenancy agreement...then called back..pls for full payment...pretty the agent workiong so hard.....

ER-3 Appointments
- one agent appointment tomorrow 8pm...one worker & 2 students
- one agent enquiry partly furnish...appointment 6pm but cancel it later...bec tenant already found their house ( only one person stay )
- one agent whatapp about the tenant ( should be the past 2nd viewer, IT guy working in SC, will stay with spouse & mom, feedback from past agent said the house too old & furniture also..)

- Ahseng..about the defects like door lock(wait Rh to order, sinki piping (blame arif) .......
- Nik...last time work in Renasaunce hotel deal with maintenance...with ST almost 5 years stay at Kota Damansara...motorbike to work...fetched 1 kid & wife working in Subang then to office....
- A called from Autralia, Mr. Adrian retail unit status.....already occupied....
