- 8:50 from Sri Ptealing used seremban highway (Jam at Sg Besi Airport junction to Parlimen) after smooth for a while ( Jam at Smart tunner exit on Jln Tun Razak) then Jln Semarak to Kg air panas then to Jln Usahawan reach PV20 at 9:55am
- Yong, Cyen, son & her brother & sister inlaw
- Jeff & Chris (GS) shown us units A-9-17=$640k, A-25-09=$610k, B-5-08Rent$1800 & B-12-3A=$640(not interested bec view before....)
- Christine (GS) shown B-5-08 ground to swimming pool, gym....& handicap toilet in front of balcony.

CCTV at Sri Petaling
- Camera at small gate black out....when reach there intermident ok...when test on 40" TV it was ok then check the DVR's connectivity.....problem solved.
