- After put YB last night, calls start coming in...
- Morning Siti called interested and want view the apartment and pay booking fee (RM600/mth)
- Afternoon 3pm went to check & repair. En. Mohd Amin Bin Nur Mohd and friend want to view and the house, they like to house so much, asking price RM650/mth, but they bargain RM620/mth at the same time received 2 calls want to view the house also and rent for RM700/mth, one drop by viewed and wanted to confirm the rent the house but En. Amin Bin Nur Mohd agreed to rent RM700/mth immediately paid booking RM1000.After make few calls to their employer ( Chinese Tangki contractor & Selling Vegetables at Market nearby both feedback Ok) so accepted the booking.
- Calls keep on coming until night, but sorry to inform that already rented up.
