29/5/2017 (Monday) First time visit TAGS(Spine, Joint, Physio & Rehab Specialist Ceter at Cheras. Take action "Get Active Get Well" is the key to Healthy Life...So is good to start active daily like morning walking, jogging, hiking, cycling, swimming and etc while we still can easily do it.For TAGS members all that were be their big challenging tasks and costly....

Day trip Tangkak & a Whatapp Voices Experienced - 170528 (Sun)

4:15am woke up....water & apple....

5:10am from SP to BK9 reached at 5:25am.....waited till 5:40am....AM&AA arrived....stan stop at Petrol Sg Besi to refill petrol....

Whatapp voices accidently sent to a group experined...till SK called than checked the hp notice...replied and explained what was happening......

7:10am reached Tangkak town.....many people having breakfast at a shop....many cars with bikes on the roof.....

Started at the 2 flrs worked first.....than clean up.....

Started the 4th flrs wooden worked.....tough...after finished 60% rest for a while outside...than ctd again...at first may wanted to ctd next time....but later later carried on....completed the works.....

Wash up/bath AL house....than AL offer the dumpling& 100plus drink....we keep to stomach for lunch...but AM took one...

28/5/2017 (Sunday) Day trip to Tangkak Johor.

Morning 5:10am fr SP to BK9 than to Tangkak reached at 7:10am...many cyclists having breakfast at the shop in Tangkak town....
2:15pm Lunch at a shop in Tangkak town too.. specialist in mixed pork soup, roasted chicken, black steam eggs (LuTang) & etc.. always full house during weekend some time hv long Q.


Lunch at
- Roasted chicken
- Mix pork(inner parts) soup  6/bow
- black steam eggs...
- drinks.....total 62 for 5 persons....

After lunch back to KL.....stop at Petron (Petrol station toilet with aircond) near Labu Seremaban...some tibits, aiscream.....

Sll,sss & oal went to NSK for marketing......

Zzzz at living hall acompanied STK.......sll boil eggs luckily with small fire....

Dinner at home.....First restoran's koru soup, prawns.......
