- Building manager last minute inform absent due to someone marriage...
- Not many residences turnup....Annie used to laugh speaker to call all residence....and also called all commitee & ex-commitee to come for support....

- Gathered at Mamak store for some drinks and food....
- Anolog CCTV already awarded to the supplier...(prefer one supplier no conflict in future..)

- Steven of DTPC(Drago Two Property Consultancy), Insurance coveraged only 10mil why so low ?.....roof problems by strong wind also covered by the insurance, Yusof will check policy details..
- Cleaner not performed to KIP standard...may consider to changes...,still a lot rubbish, big items & drainage problems..
- Security guard performance also no reach KIP, DTPC will get the KIP details or House rules to security guards to follow....
- Office toilet leaking never been pay attention, shold try something like talk to owner above...
- Legal matters, Nik-absent...
- Water issue, DTPC suggested charge $50 penalty to owner refused to open the meter lock....,
- Water lost $500k for past 4 years...legal to previos management.....DTPC it will be dragging very long and lawyer will be most benefits on its....Should seek more legal advice first like fee pay only the case can be won and pay by the money....
- Old spoilt meters matter sell by refurbish or scrap.....

Canaan's CCTV
- Checked the VGA  cable working find...but the DVR only supported limited stardard distance for (5feet)  VGA cable OK..
- 2 Cameras at building side still got alot lines.....maybe camera problem or power supply...
- Returned the Cell Power UPS for magnective door protection....tested OK....

Office CCTV Camera also got lines problem...so replaced the AC/DC power adapter (500mah to 3000mah) tested display was OK....so the Canaan once also have same problem....will be confirm by another test....

Compaq Desktop sent back, the PC still can not go to internet.....after check and replaced another network cable on another RJ45 port on modem..then OK....but when download Skype, it was very slow (Streamyx $60 per month).

A person wearing specticles when sleeping was back during dinner time......He feedback said Forgotten....

- Powerlogic - keep rebooting problem, Hardisk drive C empty file when connected to external USB HDD....when connect to HDD to Compaq it reparing by window xp....

-  Compaq desktop (given by Timothy)  - can not connect to internet.....Can't find the driver...this model (Citi Bank promotion package $299 only come with Window Vista....but can't find win xp drivers so add one PCI 3com NIC tested Ok....

Received from Liz a Sony IR 72 leds 2.8-12mm, 700TVL Camera for replacement purpose.....still under warranty Oct 13 purchased......will arrange replacement on tomorrow

Car block by Toyota WSY 9468 (this owner never considered whether car park inside can exit or not) & Proton WGM 6248 can not exit.....lucky helped by Soon Fatt restoran's worker liftup the pronton car 1/2' away then my car can only exit.
