- small group continued makan afer AGM....
- the auction unit bought by Mr. S.....
- ER chairman old his reason resigned from committee....
- a lawyer shared some his experienced...
- Met another owner...also dealing with PMS more than 10 units there...
- AGM expenses paid by developer....about $8k.....

Celcom called bar...caled 1111
- System payment was cash since Oct.....
- Online celcom....reset passwordd....user hp & pass celcom-chs....changed payment method from cash to Credit card....
- Made paymnent online by credit card...

TMuda Tenant..
- Called he said need another 2-3days....or 13th when received enough payment for another chinese house at Amapng rental is RM400 per month.....
